Learn more about GENEO's Lean Consulting and Software

GENEO has built a great team of Lean consultants to work alongside our agile software team. We are focused on building the best Continuous Improvement platform for our clients. Whether you are looking for a light touch training program or a complete transformation, GENEO is here to help.

We recognize that Lean consulting is about culture and people, so we put our people at the heart of everything. GENEO has applied the Lean principles to every aspect of our business. We used the agile approach for software development, meeting our ISO9000 standard goals.

Our experience spans two decades of hands-on Lean implementation, starting with the founders of GENEO Software: Mark Radley and Tim King. GENEO's Lean consulting team has experience across heavy industries, mining, aviation, automotive, pharmaceutical, medical devices, and logistics. Our tacit knowledge has helped build a suite of software applications made with the Lean customer in mind.

Our software team has built the best enterprise system for standardized work (also known as work instructions) and is supporting companies with their continuous improvement journey. And in 2019, we successfully launched two new platforms to help Lean leaders in the field optimize their continuous improvement activities.

You can check these out on our software page. If it is consulting you are interested in, please go to our consulting page.

GENEO's Lean consulting and software business is growing fast, with a presence in the USA, UK, Australia, Denmark, and Germany. Wherever you are, whatever your footprint, GENEO can support your Lean aspirations.

Lean Operational Excellence Consulting

Consulting

Lean Consulting Leading you to Operational Excellence

Our team of Lean Consultants has decades of experience across a range of industry sectors. We can guide your leaders in how and why Lean Thinking leads to operational excellence. Sustainability is our mantra. Our risk-prevention improvement method begins by enabling change through leadership workshops to agree on the Lean strategy and the Operating System. By reviewing the principles of Lean, its benefits, and its consequences, we can avoid expensive mistakes before full operational deployment.

We will demonstrate by 'doing' and building a model for your business that your leadership and workforce can learn and adapt. This model will relate to your company's needs and the essential needs of your clients. GENEO's Lean consulting will lead you to operational excellence.

Finally, our lean consultants will help move your company from the initial model to a broader deployment with sustainable results.
